Five former standout athletes and one team at SUNY Orange will be inducted

into the Colt Athletic Hall of Fame 2024 Induction Ceremony. 

The Class of 2024 includes:

Chantel Anthony, ’05- Basketball

Ben Becker, ’06- Baseball

Gordon James, ’00 - Basketball

Ashlee Renwick, ’08 - Softball

Travis Renwick, ’10 - Baseball

 

1967-1968 Women's Basketball Team 

Joanne Collins, Kathryn Fay Williams, Doris Gallose, Jan Hart, Susan Herring, Kathleen Leahy,

Paulette Judd, Vicky Marguart, Mary Marshall, Beth Ann McCabe, Patricia Rawson, Linda Schoonmaker,

Debra Sitzman, Barbara Startup, Annette Cuffe (Team Manager), Mary Diana (Coach- posthumous),

Peg Williams (Assistant Coach) 

 

The Induction Ceremony will include breakfast and the presentation of awards.

The primary goal of the SUNY Orange Athletic Hall of Fame is to recognize those individuals, who by outstanding achievement in athletics or service to the College, have made lasting contributions to the sports program.  While athletic achievement is the primary qualifier for eligibility, the character of the nominee and their contribution to the institution and the community are also considered.
