The SUNY Orange Foundation has over 250 need-based and academic-based scholarship opportunities available for entering, returning, and graduating students. Every year, SUNY Orange students are awarded between $450,000 and $500,000 in scholarships. So, whether you are just graduating high school or in the workforce, we encourage you to apply for a scholarship through the SUNY Orange Foundation.

The scholarship application process will open on January 13, 2025 and close on April 8, 2025. If you have any questions about applying for a scholarship, please contact Sharon Hood at 845-341-4725, or email her at sharon.hood@sunyorange.edu.

All scholarship monies will be paid directly to SUNY Orange student accounts.

 

If for any reason a student receives more financial assistance than they require, the SUNY Orange Foundation reserves the right to decrease the scholarship amount in order to award additional monies to other deserving students.

The Scholarship Award Ceremony is the Foundation’s annual celebration and recognition of the hundreds of deserving students who receive scholarship support as they pursue their dreams at SUNY Orange. It is also an expression of our gratitude to our many scholarship donors who want to see them succeed. This event is held every November.
